Fluid Icing Poured on Sugar Cookies!

Here’s a way to get the whole family involved in your new pouring obsession!

Even the kids can get Beautiful EDIBLE Acrylic Pouring EFFECTS with Cookies and Poured Icing yummy too.

Bake up some sugar cookies (Gluten free recipe here on Whole Foods) or I have even seen plain sugar cookies at the bakery section of the grocery store that are ready to decorate. You are halfway there!

Now mix up some of this Eggless Mock Royal Icing –

(You can easily double or triple this recipe!)
1 cup powdered sugar (Confectioners Sugar)
2 teaspoons milk
2 teaspoons light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla or lemon, or Almond extract (Or any extract flavor you love!)
Stir well until smooth icing-
you can thin to a better consistency for pouring by adding milk in 1/2 teaspoon increments-Stirring well after each addition.
You want a pour-able icing but you don’t want it runny!

Divide your icing into smaller cups and add your paste or gel food colors until the icing is the color you like 🙂
( I used Betty Crocker’s Classics gel food colors for this project!)
